Ganfeng Lithium: TWS buckle battery shipments of 100,000 to 120,000 units by the end of the production capacity doubled
Date:2020-10-21 browse:188
Recently, Ganfeng Lithium said in the reception of investors research,
the company's TWS (True Wireless Stereo) headphone button battery shipments can reach 100,000 to 120,000 per day.
According to Battery China network, Ganfeng Lithium began to lay out TWS headphone batteries in early 2018,
and put into production in the first quarter of 2019, and its TWS headphone battery shipments reached 50,000 / day by the end of 2019.
Due to the large market demand, orders are in short supply, the company is actively improving the capacity of TWS headset battery,
the company plans to increase the capacity of TWS headset battery to 200,000-250,000 / day in the fourth quarter of 2020.
In terms of customers, at present, the company has newly developed well-known domestic mobile phone manufacturers such as OPPO,
VIVO and other customers on the basis of JBL, Manwalk, etc., and the products are mainly used for Bluetooth headsets and smart wearable devices.
In terms of product design, the company's TWS battery adopts the soft shell and the hard shell, which improves the tightness of the battery,
greatly reduces the leakage situation, and can reduce the electromagnetic interference, improve the performance and stability of the battery.
Compared with the traditional route battery is safer and more suitable. "The patents of button batteries are mainly concentrated on structural design,
and the company has applied for more than 30 patents, and holding patents helps downstream customers expand." Ganfeng Lithium said.
Ganfeng also said the company's domestic expansion project of 50,000 tons of lithium hydroxide is under construction to push back
the progress of the epidemic and is expected to start production in the fourth quarter of 2020.
At present, although the company's Cauchari-Olaroz lithium Salt Lake project in Argentina has gradually resumed work,
due to the current overseas epidemic is still relatively serious, the company is assessing the impact of the epidemic and is expected to delay production until 2021.
In addition, most mines in Australia have production cuts and production plans,
and Ganfeng expects Western Australia's lithium concentrate production to be significantly lower than expected in 2020.
